Ingredients:
rounded 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice |
6 tablespoons sweet orange marmalade |
1 cup fresh whole-milk ricotta (1/2 pound) |
1 (24-inch) baguette, quartered crosswise, then each quarter halved horizontally and lightly toasted |
2 to 3 tablespoons pine nuts, lightly toasted |
Directions:
1. Stir allspice into marmalade. Spread ricotta on baguette, then make open-face sandwiches with marmalade and nuts. |
