Ricotta Tartines with Spiced Marmalade and Pine Nuts

Ingredients:
rounded 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
6 tablespoons sweet orange marmalade
1 cup fresh whole-milk ricotta (1/2 pound)
1 (24-inch) baguette, quartered crosswise, then each quarter halved horizontally and lightly toasted
2 to 3 tablespoons pine nuts, lightly toasted
Directions:
1. Stir allspice into marmalade. Spread ricotta on baguette, then make open-face sandwiches with marmalade and nuts.
