This is a simple, light and delicious desert. Great after a heavy meal or during the hot summer. Ingredients:
1 cup ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
dash of clove |
Directions:
1. Mix the ricotta, lemon juice and sugar together until smooth 2. Sprinkle clove over the dish 3. Add some mint sprigs for decoration |
