This can be used for Parfaits and for Phyllo Cups with berries.... another one to use your imagnation on.. Ingredients:
1 cup ricotta cream |
1/3 cup neufchatel cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 tablesppon grand marnier or orange liqueur |
1 teaspoon grated orange zest |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the ricotta, neufchatel, sugar, orange juice, Grand Marnier and orange zest.
2. Blend, scraping down the sides, until smooth.
3. Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate.
4. Fill you favorite Parfait glasses and berries, cubed cake or other delightful things....Phyllo cups... Tarts...
