A very creamy, buttery, soft cookie that is a wonderful complement to even the most simple meal or get together. Ingredients:
1/4 pound butter |
1/4 cup ricotta cheese |
1 tsp vanilla flavoring |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 egg |
2 cups sifted flour |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Allow butter to soften. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Blend butter with Ricotta until creamy. 3. Add vanilla and mix well. 4. Add sugar gradually, beating until well blended. 5. Add egg and mix well. 6. Slowly stir in dry ingredients, blending well. 7. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Yield 30 to 36 cookies depending on size. |
