Ricotta Cheese Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie |

This is a smoothie(or milkshake) I came up with when I first tried Ricotta Cheese. I like it myself, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to share. The chocolate can be melted for easier blending, but you don't have to do that. You can use sugar instead of Splenda. I just prefer Splenda. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup ricotta cheese |
1 cup strawberry, sliced |
2 ounces baking chocolate |
splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. 2. Drink. |
