This is oh soooo good. Wheat intolerant foodies - wheat free cake mix works excellent with this-please try - you will enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 18 oz. yellow cake mix (wheat free - try to get close to the 18 oz)
1 lb ricotta cheese
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Make cake mix according to package directions and pour into a 13 x 11 greased and floured glass pan
2. Mix together 1 lb. ricotta cheese sugar, eggs and vanilla then pour over the cake batter.
3. Bake 60 minutes (if using wheat free start checking for doneness at 50 minutes checking every 5 minutes)
