I've been cooking this about 25 years. Add Mediteranian oregano if you want greek chicken. Ingredients:
4 1/4 lbs chicken |
5 potatoes |
4 lemons, juice of |
salt, to-taste |
fresh ground black pepper, to-taste |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place chicken and potatoes in baking pan. 3. Top with lemon juice and butter, salt and pepper. 4. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hour or until potatoes are fork tender and chicken runs clear. |
