Rice and Vegetable Main Dish
Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked brown rice
28 oz diced tomatoes
3 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 cups of fresh zucchini
Directions:
1. Cook rice
2. Steam frozen vegetables
3. Mix cooked rice, stemed vegetables, diced tomatoes and zucchini in a large frying pan
4. Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes
