1 1/2 cups flour (i used nutriwise from robin hood) |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 cup full-fat plain yogurt |
1/4 cup melted, salted butter |
1 tbsp vanilla |
3/4 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F, grease 6 jumbo muffin tins. 2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg in a medium bowl. 3. In another large bowl, beat together sugar, egg, yogurt, butter and vanilla until light. 4. Add the dry ingedients and mix quickly but gently to just moisten the ingredients. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips. 6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until they spring back when touched. |
