You cannot find this on any store shelf! Ingredients:
1 1/4 c.maple syrup |
1/8 tsp.salt |
1/4 tsp.cream of tartar |
1/4 c.sugar |
2 egg whites |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the top of a double-boiler.
2. Hand beat the mixture over simmering water until it stands in stiff peaks,approx 5-7 minutes,NO longer.
3. *This will fill and frost an 8 or 9 2-layer cake*
