1/4 pound(s) german chocolate or chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. layers 2. st layer 3. in a doube boiler place: 4. /2 cup butter 5. /4 cup sugar 6. egg 7. tbsp cocoa 8. tsp vanilla 9. cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly 10. fold in 2 cups crushed graham cracker and 1 cup shredded coconut 11. Spread in the bottom of a rectangular baking sheet 12. Place in refrigerator to cool 13. nd layer 14. /4 cup melted butter 15. tbsp milk 16. tbsp instant vanilla pudding 17. cups powdered sugar 18. mix well 19. spread as second layer in rectangular baking sheet - place in FREEZER to cool 20. rd layer 21. in a saucepan melt 1 tbsp butter and 1/4 lb chocolate 22. melt 23. spread as top layer in the rectangular dish 24. these can be kept at room temp, in refrigerator or frozen |
