1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1 cup milk |
1 cup butter |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine flour and milk in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat; set aside. 2. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, beating until very smooth. |
