Ingredients:
3 tablespoons pan drippings from roast suckling pig |
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 cups beef broth |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat drippings in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add flour; stir until smooth. Cook over low heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add beef broth; cook over medium-high heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in pepper. Serve hot with Onion-Bread Dressing. |
