Crispy rice cookie. Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter |
1 egg |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar |
2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups rice krispies |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Cream butters and sugar. Blend in egg, vanilla and vinegar. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in cereal, nuts and coconut. 3. Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet. 4. Bake for 9-11 minutes. |
