Rice With Tuna And Capers |

This is a super simple recipe that a friend of mine used to make as a side in Italy. It's best to use the bigger Capers and not those super tiny ones. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked rice |
1/2 cups drained capers |
2 cans tuna |
olive oil enough to moisten the rice |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, season and serve. This should be warm not hot. |
