Rice With Tomato & Basil in Less Than 20 Min |

For al- dente rice ready in less than 20 min with basil and tomato and whatever else you may want. Ingredients:
1 cup basmati rice |
2 medium roma tomatoes |
1 cup basil |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 1/4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Boil 2 1/4 cups of water with olive oil in coveres pan. 2. Once water is boiling add rice and salt. 3. Bring back to boil and then lower heat to a simmer until water has been consumed. 4. Once water consumed turn off heat and add tomato and basil. 5. ready to eat. 6. If you wish you can add any other vegetables you wish. |
