Ingredients:
1 extra-large bag boil-in-bag rice |
1 (10-ounce) package frozen english peas |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint or 2 teaspoons dried mint |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cook rice. Transfer to a large bowl. 2. While rice cooks, cook peas according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain. 3. Add peas, cheese, mint, and salt to rice. Toss well. |
