Rice With Garlic and Pasta |

Very tasty so much better than plain rice Ingredients:
1 cup jasmine rice |
1/2 cup orzo pasta |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
salt |
2 1/4 cups chicken broth |
Directions:
1. in a medium sauce pan brown the pasta in the oil until golden brown. 2. add chicken broth bring to a boil. 3. add rice and garlic. 4. cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes. 5. remove from heat and let rest for ten minutes. 6. stir and enjoy. |
