Ingredients:
2 cups raw rice
water per pacakage directions
1 tsp saffron
10 to 12 whole cloves
salt as needed
minted peas ( optional ) cooked peas with a pinch of sugar and 1 tbs butter and sveral chopped fresh mint leaves )
Directions:
1. Add saffron and cloves to water to cook rice per pkg directions
2. If desired add the cooked and drained minted peas
3. Peas also may be served separately
