Rice with Almonds and Raisins |

I created this dish to serve with the Moroccan Lemon Chicken. However, this is a great side dish for any meal. Ingredients:
1 bag brown rice (i use success brand) |
1/4 cup sliced almonds |
2 tablespoons dark raisins |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon parsley |
Directions:
1. Boil rice according to package directions (10 minutes on stove). 2. Saute' the almonds in butter until soft. 3. Add raisins and cook until a little soft. 4. Mix the cooked rice and the almond/raisin mixture together. |
