Ingredients:
v1/2 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons mirin (japanese sweet cooking sake)
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon finely minced shallot or green onion
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Store covered in refrigerator up to 1 week.
