This recipe is yummy for rice lovers! Hubby and I eat all the time, We got the recipe from my Husbands Grandmother. Ingredients:
3 cups of uncooked instant rice |
1 lb ground beef |
1 stalk celery |
2 medium onions |
butter |
soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook 3 cups of instant rice as directed leave covered on stove. 2. Cook 1 pound ground beef thouroughly and drain. 3. Chop Celery and onions and Saute' in skillet with butter until cooked to your liking. 4. Combine all ingredients and add soy sauce to your liking and serve. |
