Rice & Tuna Salad Ingredients:
50 g brown rice |
130 g tuna in brine |
2 spring onions |
35 g cucumber |
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cook the rice as per instructions. Allow to cool. Open the can of tuna, drain, and flake into the rice. Chop in the onions and add the balsamic vinegar - mix together well. Top with cucumber chunks or slices. |
