Good summer salad-but yummy year round Ingredients:
1 c julienne sliced cooked chicken |
1 c cooked rice |
1/4 c minced onion |
2 tbl salad oil |
1 tbl vinegar |
1/4 tsp hot sauce |
2 tomatoes finely sliced |
1 sm head lettuce finely shredded |
1/2 c mayonnaise |
1/4 to 1/2 tsp curry powder |
2 c corn chips |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingr. except corn chips 2. Toss lightly 3. Fold in mayonnaise and curry 4. Turn into a chilled bowl and top with corn chips 5. Chill |
