I like this dish, it is similar to potato salad Ingredients:
4 cups cooked long grain rice |
8 radishes, sliced |
4 boiled eggs, chopped |
1 cucumber, chopped |
2 cups celery |
1/2 cup onion |
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons mustard |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix rice, radishes, eggs, cucumber, celery and onion 2. mix mayonnaise, mustard, and salt, well pour over rice mixture 3. stir, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. |
