Tasty tarragon rice salad Ingredients:
1 cup rice, cooked |
6 tablespoons salad oil |
3 tablespoons vinegar or 3 tablespoons white wine |
1 teaspoon salt |
4 tablespoons tarragon |
1/4 cup parsley |
1/2 cup green pepper, choped |
1/4 cup green onion |
1 cup peas, cooked |
1 cucumber |
1 cup cherry tomatoes |
Directions:
1. Cook rice and add first 4 ingredients while hot. 2. When chilled, add parsley, green pepper, green onion and peas. 3. Just before serving, add: 1 cucumber peeled and cubed and 1 cup cherry tomatoes. |
