rice,veggies Ingredients:
4 cups cooked rice (your choice) |
1 cup corn niblets |
4 tomatoes, chunked |
1 small english cucumber, chunked |
1 (14 ounce) can black olives (pitted) |
1 small red onion |
1 bunch radish |
4 green onions |
Directions:
1. cook rice and cool. 2. Chop or chunk veggies and add in to rice. 3. Drizzle with your favorite oil based dressing. I like sesame for a sweet asian type taste. |
