A nice side dish for a picnic or grilling out. Ingredients:
1 cup cooked rice |
1/2 cup chopped black olives |
1/2 cup chopped pimiento |
2 teaspoons vinegar |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 stalk chopped celery |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Chill at least 4 hrs. 3. Best if overnight. |
