This is another recipe of my Mom's, I dont know where she got it.
Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups rice, cooked
Directions:
1. Mix together the eggs and milk, whisk well.
2. Add the remaining ingredients.
3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
4. Top with cream or maple syrup!
