Grandma Bradys famous Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
2 cups rice (long cooking)
2 cups sugar
3 quarts milk
1 quart water
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix and cook rice, sugar, milk & water slowly until almost dry! Remove from heat, add ice cream, eggs & vanilla. Cool and serve.
