Easy, yummy and delicious....Nice to use up leftover rice. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked rice |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups scalded milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 eggs, beaten |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a 1 1/2 quart, ungreased casserole dish, combine ingredients. 3. Mix well. 4. Place casserole dish in a baking pan with 1 of boiling water. 5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. 6. Serve warm or cold, with cream or milk, if desired. |
