Been making this in my high school foods class, its a main staple recipe I use yearly. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups brown rice, cooked |
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
1 (15 ounce) jar salsa |
Directions:
1. Cook rice. 2. Mix rice with eggs, and 1 1/2 c cheese. 3. Grease cookie sheet. 4. Flatten into a crust on a cookie sheet. 5. Completely cover crust with salsa. 6. Top the salsa with remaining cheese. 7. Optional: add olives,chicken or ground beef. 8. Bake in 450F oven for 20 minutes. |
