This recipe is so easy yet so good! It has a secret ingredient which you'd swear was sausage, it is so addicting and warmed up the next day- watch out! It is great for potlucks, keeps warm well. Ingredients:
2 cups minute rice |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 small onion, chopped |
14 ounces chicken broth |
1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained |
1 cup grape-nuts cereal |
Directions:
1. Brown minute rice, maragarine and onion in pan. 2. Add chicken broth and mushrooms. 3. When rice is done;add grape nuts. 4. Enjoy! |
