Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh parsley |
3/4 cup(s) chopped roasted pecans |
1 cup(s) diced red onion |
1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries |
1 1/2 cup(s) halved seedless red grapes |
3 tablespoon(s) melted butter |
2-8 ounce(s) pouches ready to serve rice |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. saute onion in butter in a large skillet over med-high heat until tender; stir in red grapes, cranberries, vinegar. Stir in rice, toasted pecans, parsley and salt, cook stirring often, until thoroughly heated. |
