wild rice pilaf Ingredients:
1 cup wild rice |
2 cups low sodium beef broth |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
2 minced garlic cloves |
3 chopped green onions |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. bring all incredients to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. |
