This pie crust is LOW in calories & can be used for a lots of different fillings, such as onion pie or tomato pie.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 egg
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Press into the bottom and up sides of 9-inch GLASS pie plate.
3. Microwave on HIGH till cheese is melted (about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes).
