This pie crust is LOW in calories & can be used for a lots of different fillings, such as onion pie or tomato pie. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked rice |
1 egg |
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 tablespoon parsley flakes |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. 2. Press into the bottom and up sides of 9-inch GLASS pie plate. 3. Microwave on HIGH till cheese is melted (about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes). |
