Rice papers with tuna, cucumber and barker's sundried tomato and olive chutney. Ingredients:
1 spring roll wrapper |
50 g tuna |
30 g cucumber |
8 g sundried tomatoes |
Directions:
1. I used 4 rice wrappers, and 100g tuna. 2. Soak the wrappers in some warm water to soften them before using. 3. Mix the sundried tomatoes into the tuna and share out evenly between the wrappers. 4. I used barkers sundried tomatoes and olive chutney. 5. (The calories are the same as the recipe, but couldn't find the same ingredients on CC, so fudged a bit to equal the calories on here.) 6. Share out the cucumber cut into sticks into the wrappers, and wrap up each package neatly. 7. Chill for a few minutes so they don't fall apart, and eat. |
