Its a simple rice dish that is pretty much awesome, goes will with pork chops Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 chopped celery |
2 cups water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
10 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli (thawed) |
1 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Put first 5 ingredients into sauce pan. Cook covered until tender (aprox 15 mins.). 2. mix soup, broccoli and cheese together. Add rice mixture. Stir. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish. Cover. Bake 350 F oven for 40 - 50 minutes. |
