rice milk sweetened with raisins vegan Ingredients:
2 servings long grain enriched rice |
1/4 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. put rice and raisins with a generous ,2x the normal amount,of water. 2. cook until rice is extremely tender and water is soaked up. 3. put in blender and blend adding enought water so mixture goes to 5 cup. 4. blend on low 2 min the on high 3-4 min. 5. pour into old {and cleaned} jug with lid shake before serving. |
