An awesome way to fancy up plain rice
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice (cooked in beef or chicken stock stock)
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
1 carrot, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 -3 dashes soya sauce
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash onion powder
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a large skillet saute peppers,onion, mushrooms,carrots,garlic and celery in butter until softened. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minute.
