An awesome way to fancy up plain rice Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice (cooked in beef or chicken stock stock) |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 onion, chopped |
1/2 cup chopped mushroom |
1 carrot, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 -3 dashes soya sauce |
1 dash garlic powder |
1 dash onion powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet saute peppers,onion, mushrooms,carrots,garlic and celery in butter until softened. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minute. |
