1/2 cup vegetable oil |
salt |
pepper |
1 tablespoon paprika |
1 lb chicken piece |
1 -2 cup rice krispies |
Directions:
1. Stir salt, pepper and paprika into oil in a shallow bowl. 2. Dip chicken in oil, then in Rice Krispies. 3. Lay on a foil-covered cookie sheet, skin side up. 4. Bake in preheated 350F oven 45-60 minutes. |
