This is one of my daughter Didi's favorite kugels. She's a cereal freak, loves anything made out of cereal. What's really great about this kugel is that no one will think that it's been made out of Snap, Crackle and Pop (may they rest in peace). Ingredients:
3 cups rice krispies |
3 eggs |
2 cups cottage cheese (i use 1/2% fat) |
3 -5 tablespoons onion soup mix |
fresh sliced onion rings |
Directions:
1. Combine Rice Krispies, eggs, cheese and soup powder and pour into a greased baking dish. 2. Top with onions. 3. Bake about 1 hour at medium heat. |
