Rice Krispies-Coconut Macaroons

Neat! A unique version of the macaroon.The little ones,and adults will enjoy these! 8) They are much healthier than most treats! 8)
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups crisp rice cereal
2 1/4 cups shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275°F.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
3. Beat in gradually,the salt& sugar.
4. Slowly,fold in the rice crisps& coconut& extract.
5. Combine well.
6. Drop mixture from tip of your spoon upon ungreased,heavy paper.
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
