This old standby recipe is a favorite with just about everybody! It was big in the 70's. It's a step up from the marshmellow-cereal combo cookie! I'm guessing at the yield. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
1 cup corn syrup |
1 cup peanut butter |
6 cups rice krispies |
1 large package butterscotch chips |
1 large package chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Cook sugar and corn syrup until sugar is dissolved. 2. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. 3. Add Rice Krispies and stir well. 4. Spread in a large pan. 5. Melt both packages of chips together. 6. Spread over cookie mixture. 7. Refrigerate...for a little while. |
