Just wanted to make smething simple and sweet , for a nice rainy afternoon and I had onli few minutes to spare . So I came up with dis idea to try smething new ! Ingredients:
1 c raw rice plus 2 c parboiled rice , soaked for 4 hrs |
1 c low fat evaporated milk . |
1 c condensed milk |
1/2 c margarine |
Directions:
1. Grind the rice into thick batter with little water as possibe . 2. Melt the margarine in a pan . 3. Pour the batter and the milk . 4. Stir non stop until it starts to get thick , add the condensed milk . 5. When it rolls into a ball , spread on a tray and cut into pieces as desired . 6. Serve HOT . |
