An easy and tasty traditional cake. very healthy, soft and yummy. I had my own and sharing it so that you can try Ingredients:
rice flour – 2 1/2 c |
sugar – 3/4 c |
egg- large 1 |
cinnamon powder- 1 tsp |
baking powder- 3/4 tsp |
baking soda- 1/4 tsp |
milk- 3/4 c |
raisin - a few |
vanilla – 1tsp |
caramelized sugar – 1tbs |
Directions:
1. Mix baking powder, and b. soda and cinnamon powder with flour. 2. Beat the egg and sugar and blend it. Add vanilla to it. 3. Add milk to the flour mixture and make a smooth batter. 4. Add egg mixture to the above mixture. Blend to mix properly. Add raisin. 5. Flour a baking tin. Pour the mixture and add the caramelized sugar at the top and swirl it. Bake in a preheated oven till 25mins or till baked fully. 6. Serve this dessert cake with honey or with cream or enjoy in your own way! |
