A mixture or white rice, corn and peas. Served as a side dish or as the main course.
Ingredients:
4 cups of water
2 cups of rice
422 grams of corn
1 cup of frozen peas, unsalted
1 1/2 tbsp of margarine
1 tsp of salt
Directions:
1. Bring water, rice, salt and margarine to a boil.
2. Cover and reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until slightly firm.
3. Mix in corn and peas.
4. Allow to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or to preference.
