Yummy as a quick snack, part of your lunch, or even dessert! Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/4 cup sliced strawberries |
3 brown rice cakes |
1 tbsp splenda, optional |
Directions:
1. Sliced all fruits and place in a bowl. Add zero calorie sweetner as needed. Mix in ricotta cheese. Mound 1/3 cup of mixture onto rice cake. |
