Fast easy salad for summer evenings. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed,drained |
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes |
1 1/2 cups cooked rice |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package crumbled reduced fat feta cheese |
1/2 cup celery, chopped |
1/2 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup italian dressing |
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Refrigerate. 3. Serve. |
