This is for anyone who wants to remove dairy from diet.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked brown rice
4 cups water
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute (sugar substitute)
1 teaspoon vanilla (add nutritional supplements vitamin a, vitamin c, vitamin d, vitamin e and calcium to make as nutrit)
Directions:
1. Put in blender.
2. Process until creamy.
3. Strain.
4. Discard solids.
5. Store for two-three days in refrigerator.
